See below a selection of our properties and projects. Some are refurbished and sold, others are refurbished with the intention to hold and rent out long term.

Trealaw, Tonypandy

his 2-bedroom terraced house had a lot of potential that we unlocked  by modernising the interior and adding a sundeck in the back.

Neyland, Milford Haven

In a Joint Venture we upgraded this family house in a nice town in Pembrokeshire to modern standards.

Tonypandy

This beautiful house with some period elements was in desperate need of bringing it to todays standards.

WHY INVEST IN PROPERTY?

Enjoy the combination of monthly cashflow and capital appreciation.

Real estate is a good long term investment compared to stocks, gold or savings. After all, the population is growing and the shortage of owner-occupied and rented housing is increasing. This increases house prices and rental prices. Particularly in the lower price segment (first time buyers), there is a large shortage of both for sale and for rent properties. This means that investing in a home for the monthly rental cashflow is a sound investment. Over the years, added benefit may be capital appreciation (the house market value increases), however this is not our prime focus.

Reasons to invest in UK

With the help of a network of sourcing partners, we buy outdated homes below market value. These properties are fully and carefully refurbished by our partners and then sold within a few months with profit (one-time 20%+ return) or let (annually 8%+ return).

HIGH DEMAND

There is a large shortage of affordable (rental) homes in the UK. Research shows that each year more houses are needed than are actually built, increasing the deficit. Despite actions taken by government, the shortage is not disappearing at the moment.

ACCESSIBLE MARKET

House prices in some regions of the United Kingdom, such as Wales, the North of England and Scotland, can be quite low and therefore interesting for starting investments. For example, it is possible to purchase a 1-bed flat/apartment from £25,000.

FAVOURABLE EXCHANGE EUR-GBP

Especially for foreign investors, the British pound is relatively cheap for foreign investment. This is mainly due to the uncertainties regarding the upcoming Brexit.

PRICE INCREASES

House and rent prices rise over time. Historically, as seen in the last 150 years, house prices double in value every 10 to 15 years.
