House prices in some regions of the United Kingdom, such as Wales, the North of England and Scotland, can be quite low and therefore interesting for starting investments. For example, it is possible to purchase a 1-bed flat/apartment from £25,000.

Especially for foreign investors, the British pound is relatively cheap for foreign investment. This is mainly due to the uncertainties regarding the upcoming Brexit.
House and rent prices rise over time. Historically, as seen in the last 150 years, house prices double in value every 10 to 15 years.
